That is all we want when we shop. And we do shop...a lot! So, how do we find the right places? We search online, we ask our friends and we read reviews.
I have had my share of bad experiences with purchasing items, only to discover to little too late, I have been taken advantage of by either the false marketing or the inferior product. My disappointments have not been limited to tangible products, oh no...how about the misrepresentation of a companies to provide a service. Maybe it was a policy for insurance, health, car or any of the many advertised "get 'em on the hook" deals out there that we are bombarded with.
This is my beginning... to bring to an end...the way that things are being done. Yes, we need to stand tall and demand more than just change, but to hold accountable those who feel they can consistently "take advantage of us, get over on us, and laugh all the way to the bank"...at us.
